COVID-19 Protocols

Rest assured that the clinic is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safest environment possible for patients and therapist. With these precautions in place, the clinic is able to remain open and provide massage therapy treatment.

To provide the safest environment for both patient and therapist, we please ask that you:

  • fill out the mandatory COVID-19 screening that will be emailed to you before your appointment

  • enter the building no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. 

  • Wear a mask both into and out of the building, as well as for the duration of your treatment.

  • Sanitize or wash your hands when you enter the clinic.

If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment, complete an online self-assessment questionnaire and contact your local public health unit for further instruction

Here’s what I’m doing to keep you safe:

  • I self-screen for any COVID-19 symptoms and check my temperature before leaving home

  • I wash my hands and arms (up to the elbow) before and after each treatment.

  • I wear a surgical grade medical mask at all times and change into a fresh mask before each appointment

  • The entire treatment room is fully disinfected before and after your appointment with a government approved disinfectant

  • A high quality air purifier with HEPA filter is used during every treatment

I follow the protocols of the Ministry of Health, Public Health Ontario and the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) for screening, disinfection and the use of PPE​.
